Saints in the Spotlight

Nicole Tower

Nicole began her rugby career in her grade 11 year of high school. As an experienced athlete in other domains, Nicole's transition to rugby was seamless. He tall stature and dominating strength have made her a force to be reckoned with across the province. Nicole came to the Saints after her bout with CEC rugby in high school, and has been one of our key players since. Nicole's dominating offensive plays helped her earn a spot onto the prestigious StFX X Women's Roster during her final year of her Undergraduate Degree in Accounting. Nicole returned as a manager for the squad after her graduation in 2016. Nicole has been invited to compete with the Team Nova Scotia Senior Women's Squad several times over the years, taking them up on their offer late into the summer of 2017. Given the timing of her enrolment she will join the Squad as an injury reserve, and may not see competition at the CRC event, however we are confident that she will have a bright future with the provincial program and wish her the best of luck.
